I did not have high expectations for a biography about a band. But the story of Enter Shikari is told chronologically with so many details, individual interviews, and anecdotes that the characters grow on you even if you don't know them.
The second narrative level, which deals with toxic masculinity and mental health, surprised me. It's encouraging to see the band members breaking free from their "boys being boys" cultural imprint and coming to terms with their emotional experiences.
