As I don’t want to spoil the plot much, I’ll only refer to the end: Did Najeeba succeed to kill the Cleanser and did she die in the aftermath? Personally, I’m not sure of either. It seems like it, and yet, I’m not completely sure.
It’s an easy read, even for a reader like me who is non-native to English. I recommend the series to anyone who is interested in trying out an African-American author.
