This is a funny written story about Shonda Rhimes and how the little word "yes" changed her life completely. I still have to say that I was disappointed because it wasn't what I expected. There is not much advice included and I couldn't relate to the author at all. If you want to learn more about Shonda Rhimes, you should read this book. But rather expect something biographical than any useful self-help.
